We’ve had the privilege of knowing this wonderful family for more than 30 years, making it especially rewarding to help them navigate their real estate journey through life’s many transitions.

It all began when J reached out as she considered selling the family home and downsizing while staying in the area she loved. She approached the process thoughtfully, taking the time to prepare

her home beautifully for the market while searching for the right next home. In the end, she found the perfect fit, and with careful planning and coordination, we were able to align every moving piece to make the transition as seamless as possible.

The next chapter brought us the opportunity to help J’s son and his fiancée, find a home of their own. They fell in love with a beautiful home in Fox Point that offered plenty of space to entertain family and friends while leaving room for their future. That foresight proved to be perfect—shortly after their wedding, they learned they were expecting a baby girl.

Watching this family begin a new generation in a home they love has been a true joy. Helping clients through these milestones is one of the most meaningful parts of what we do, and we’re grateful to have been part of this family’s story every step of the way.
