First friends and then clients, this wonderful couple has kept us busy over the years. Our journey together began when they asked us to help sell their mother’s home as she prepared to move to Iowa. A few years later, they called again—this time to sell their own home, located on the same street, as they too made plans to relocate to Iowa. Both homes were beautiful and situated in a highly desirable neighborhood, making for successful and seamless sales.

Fast forward a few more years, and we received another call from A and D. By then, they were living in Illinois but had decided they wanted a home base in Milwaukee once again. Together, we explored a wide variety of possibilities throughout southeastern Wisconsin. We toured inland lake homes, properties with acreage, homes along Lake Michigan, large homes, and smaller ones—carefully considering every option. In the end, they surprised us all by choosing a three-story condominium in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. It offers the perfect amount of space for the two of them, along with plenty of room for their two sons when they come to visit. They recently completed an extensive renovation and are now enjoying everything city living has to offer—from walking to Bucks games and discovering new restaurants to hopping on The Hop for an easy ride around downtown.

It’s been a privilege to help them through so many chapters of life, and we’re grateful they’ve trusted us every step of the way.
