K and J first came to us when they decided it was time to trade apartment living in downtown Milwaukee for a home of their own. J, a violinist with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, and K, a professional pianist, had a vision for the lifestyle they wanted to create. They dreamed of hosting friends, welcoming visiting family, potentially renting out a room for extra income, and even holding outdoor concerts in their backyard or driveway.
